Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
To initiate a return, please contact us at: return@clock-work.us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).mber and reason for return.

Want a different size or color? Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
